Operations Supervisor
SUMMARY
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the building to ensure smooth service delivery and a high standard of customer service. This role focuses on managing front desk/concierge services and coordinating with vendors such as cleaning, security, and pest control, while ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise day-to-day front desk, receptionist, and concierge operations to ensure professional customer service.
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring service delivery meets expectations.
- Coordinate and oversee vendors and service providers (cleaning, security, pest control, and others).
- Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and compliance with agreed standards.
- Assist in preparing monthly operational reports for management review.
- Monitor expenditures and support cost-effective solutions within assigned areas.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security requirements.
- Support continuous improvement in customer service and vendor management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Commercial / Retail / Industrial Building experience will be a strong advantage.
- Property Management or any relevant sector with minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal English and communication skills.
- Able to interact with a wide range of clients, personnel, and their demands.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management to work with clients and tenants.
- Having knowledge of occupational safety requirements.
- Strong customer focus promotes team spirit, boosts morale and who subscribes to the Company RISE values.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and professional, attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Competent working knowledge of Microsoft packages (e.g. Excel, Word).
