REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Male or female, minimum 18-years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Must be able to understand, speak, read and write English to a good standard. Other language skills are welcome
  • Desire to improve and grow business skills
  • Can use Microsoft Word Excel, PowerPoint (Good at formatting)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Customer Service’s responsibilities are:

  1. Interact with customers to solve issues and questions about products, services, and policies
  2. Handle customer complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure the customer is satisfied
  3. Keep a record of incoming inquiries to be able to reference at a later date
  4. Be able to process orders, forms, applications, or requests
  5. Provide feedback to other departments to help improve sales, marketing, and business processes
  6. Maintain a positive and friendly tone with customers at all times
  7. Listen to customer complaints and try to identify the cause of their problem to your best ability
  8. Identify the appropriate response and strategy to solve customer issues as quickly as possible
  9. Relegate unique customer cases to supervisors or the appropriate department and provide context when necessary
  10. Be able to manage large amounts of phone calls, chats, emails, and other communication channels
  11. Place the customer at the center of the customer service experience
  12. Assist other staff members as requested
  13. Other duties as assigned by manager
